After accommodation registration and payment are received, refund is not possible. Refund will be considered only in case of justified reason (death or illness). After receiving the cancellation request the organizer will consider the request and answer via email. Notice of cancellation has to be made in writing by e-mail to: cetra@ulixtravel.com.
