Terms and Conditions

Upon completion of your online registration, we will send you a confirmation email and receipt by email. For additional information regarding your registration please send an email to cetra@ulixtravel.com.
For security reasons, all registrants will be issued accreditation onsite which is required to be worn at all times during the conference and at any organized functions. Badge swapping is strictly forbidden.

Liability

In the case of Government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for the conference to take place at the time and place provided, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the conference and there shall be no future liability on the part of either party.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

All costs referred to are in EUR (€). Croatian citizens with bank accounts in Croatian banks can make payments in HRK (KN). Payments must be received prior to the conference. Delegates with outstanding payments will be asked for payment on site, proof of payment or a guarantee by credit card. If one of these cannot be supplied, the delegate will be refused permission to attend the conference.
All costs including bank transfer costs and difference in exchange rates are solely paid by that is registering or applying to the conference.
In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the cetra@ulixtravel.com.
The following cancellation fees will apply:

All refunds will be processed and issued within 60 days after the conference.

Cancellation of participation to meetings, social programme and tours

In the event of cancellation of participation to meetings, social programe and tours, written notification should be sent to the cetra@ulixtravel.com.
For cancellations received before 10th April, refunds will be made minus 50 EUR of amounts paid. After 10th April, no refunds will be allowed.
All refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the conference minus the 50 EUR handling fee and minus bank transfer fee or credit card fees.

Credit Cards and Security

The online registration site is secured. Major credit cards such as American Express, VISA and MasterCard are accepted. Payments by wire transfer are accepted until 2 days prior to the conference. Full payment must be received prior to the conference.
All costs including credit card fees and difference in exchange rates are solely covered by the participant that is registering or applying to the conference.
Terms and conditions can be changed if there will be need for the same.
