Publishing Policy
Each paper submitted must be covered by at least one author or student registration for publication eligibility.
Publication Formats
Accepted papers receive comprehensive treatment through multiple channels:
- Full publication: Papers appear in the Road and Rail Infrastructure proceedings in both printed and digital formats.
- Short form: Title, abstract, authors, and keywords are published on the conference website after the event.
- Long form access: Complete PDFs become openly accessible 18 months after the conference.
Journal Consideration
Outstanding contributions are evaluated by the Scientific Committee for submission to GRADEVINAR, a SCI Expanded journal, through standard publication procedures.
Serial Publication Details
The CETRA proceedings are issued biennially with official identification numbers:
- Print ISSN: 1848-9842
- Digital ISSN: 1848-9850
Indexing Coverage
CETRA papers receive broad academic visibility through:
- Google Scholar – indexing of short-form content
- DOI numbers – Digital Object Identifiers assigned to all accepted papers
- TRID database – access to over one million transportation research records (previous conferences 2012–2018 already indexed)
- Clarivate Web of Science – via Conference Proceedings Citation Index
Archiving
Complete CETRA proceedings archives are preserved in the Repository of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Zagreb (Dabar service).
