We urge you to prepare your presentation according to the template and send us the presentation in .ppt format to cetra@grad.hr no later than 15 May 2026.

Please save the file as PAPER ID.ppt and underline the name of the speaker in your presentation.

The CETRA 2026 conference will be held in Bol, Island of Brač on 27-30  May 2026.

If you are unable to attend the conference and present your paper, please let us know as soon as possible.

We would like to remind you that all speakers need to register and cover author or student registration fee to attend the conference.

We would like to inform you that, due to numerous requests, the Organizing Committee has decided to extend the deadline for full paper submission for the 9th International Conference on Road and Rail Infrastructure CETRA 2026.

The new submission deadline is 1 March 2026.

If you have already submitted your paper, please disregard this email. All submitted papers are currently under review, and we will provide you with the reviewers’ comments shortly.

We look forward to receiving your paper and welcoming you to CETRA 2026. Based on 227 accepted abstracts, we anticipate interesting presentations and discussions involving researchers and experts in road and rail infrastructure from around the world.

9th International Conference on Road and Rail Infrastructure

We are pleased to announce that three special sessions will be held as a part of CETRA 2026 conference.

Special session 1 - URITMIS project workshop: Advances in noise and vibration-based approaches for rail infrastructure condition monitoring

This special session will be held as a part of the URITMIS project workshop. Click here to find out more about the URITMIS  project

As a part of the session, recent advances in noise and vibration-based monitoring approaches, including novel methodologies, sensor technologies, and analytical tools for infrastructure diagnostics, maintenance planning, and long-term asset management will be presented and discussed.

Special session 2: Sustainable and Resilient Pavements

In this special session, the focus will be on exploring how sustainability and resilience intersect in pavement engineering to promote environmentally responsible and adaptable infrastructure solutions.

Special session 3: Advanced Assessment and Monitoring  of Bridges

The session seeks to foster dialogue between researchers, practitioners, and infrastructure owners, supporting the development and implementation of reliable, efficient, and sustainable bridge assessment strategies.
