Registration Fee

Registration fees are divided into following categories:

Participants (regular fee) 500 EUR 550 EUR
Reduced fee for authors 450 EUR 500 EUR
Reduced fee for students* 300 EUR 350 EUR
Accompanying Persons** 175 EUR 225 EUR

VAT (PDV) is included in the price.

* In order to be eligible for reduced conference fee, students must submit the Certificate of Enrolment for the current academic year 2025/2026.

** The fee is for participants who are not paper co-authors, and enables them to participate in welcome reception, lunches, and gala dinner.

* All supporting facilities at CETRA 2026 are organized in cooperation with Dubrovnik Sun Agency

Paper publishing policy

  

Each paper submitted for the conference must be covered by at least one author or student registration in order for it to be published.

All papers accepted for the conference and covered by at least one registration will be fully published (in printed form and electronic form) in the book of proceedings "Road and Rail Infrastructure IX".

In order to identify CETRA as a serial publication, ISSN numbers were issued, both for printed and digital version of proceedings: ISSN 1848-9842 (Print), ISSN 1848-9850 (USB).

After registering for the conference and booking you accommodation, please check the visa requirements for your valid passport. Please find the informative table on visa requrements based on the authors of the submitted abstracts.

As CETRA 2026 organizer, to help you with issuing a visa, we can provide you with a "Letter of acceptance" for your accepted paper, or an "Invitation letter" for regular participants.
