CETRA organizing committee began preparations for next year 8th International Conference on Road and Rail Infrastructure.

CETRA 2024 will take place on 15 - 17 May 2024 in Cavtat, Dubrovnik-Neretva County, Croatia. New web site with Call for papers and all relevant information will be available very soon.

Journal Energies announced a special issue entitled Selected Papers from the 7th International Conference on Road and Rail Infrastructure CETRA 2022.

2021 CiteScore (Scopus) for Journal Energies is 5.0, with the following rankings:

18/118 (Q1) in "Control and Optimization";

19/115 (Q1) in "Engineering (miscellaneous)";

51/211 (Q1) in "Building and Construction."

This special issue (SI) welcomes the papers presented at the 7th International Conference on Road and Rail Infrastructure – CETRA 2022, which focus on the field of electrical engineering and are essential for the development of vehicle and transport infrastructures. The aim of SI is to promote interdisciplinary collaboration between civil and electrical engineering, which is sure to generate numerous new technologies and solutions that will find application in the world's transport infrastructures.

Extended versions of four papers presented at CETRA 2022 have been submitted for this special issue and are currently under review. So far, one paper has been published and can be found at the link:

At this point we have received 126 abstracts from 38 countries for 7th International Conference on Road and Rail Infrastructure (CETRA 2022), that is being held on 11-13 May 2022 in Pula, Croatia.

We would like to inform you that participant registrations and accommodation booking are now available at our website (buttons on the right).

Early registration for participants at reduced price is available until 31th March 2022. While registering your attendance (as an author), please enter the Paper ID that has been assigned to you in abstract acceptance email.

Accommodation booking is available for Hotel Park Plaza Histria (4*) and Park Plaza Arena. We encourage you to book your accommodation at your earliest convenience because a limited vacancy due to a busy tourist season in Pula.
