Conference Tours

  

Dear participants,

exciting tours for participants and accompanying persns are now published at our web site in the Social Programme and Tours section.

Each tour requires a minimum of 20 persons. You can apply for the tours by mail (cetra@ulixtravel.com) or at the lobby during the Conference.

Final Programme

  

Dear CETRA 2014 authors, presenters and participants,

We are happy to announce that Final programme for CETRA 2014 is completed and published:

As you can see from the programme, parallel sesions will take place during the Conference. Official languages of the conference are Croatian and English. Simultaneous translation from English to Croatian and from Croatian to English will be provided in Conference Halls A and B.

During the sessions, authors will be awarded 10 to 15 minutes for oral presentation and 2 minutes for discussion. Presentations should be supported by a PowerPoint document. When creating your presentation, please use Presentation Template.

To ensure the smooth running of the programme, authors are invited to e-mail final version of their PPT presentation till April 24th 2014 to cetra@grad.hr.

Preliminary programme available

  
Dear authors and participants,

We are happy to announce that Preliminary programme for CETRA 2014 is completed and published and available for download here.

This is the preliminary programme and we encourage you to comment it and suggest to the Organizing Committee eventual changes if you are unable to attend the conference on a specific date.

Paper titles are incorporated from our abstract submission database and will be corrected, if necessary, in the Final programme and Conference Proceedings. Papers in a single session are arranged by paper ID number.

As you can see from the programme, we predicted 10 or 15 minutes for each paper oral presentation. The specific time of individual paper presentation in the session will be given in Final programme.

If you haven't done so already, please register your attendance at the conference, here. Your registration is crucial for completion of the Final programme and publication of Conference Proceedings.

If you should have any comments regarding the programme or any other questions regarding the Conference, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Template for presentations available

  

Dear authors,

We have prepared a template for your presentations. It is available from the Important Files section in the right sidebar, or from this link.

Authors will be awarded either 10 or 15 minutes for oral presentation and discussion (according to schedule that will be published by the end of March).
Oral presentation should be supported by a PPT document. LCD projectors, computers and laser pointers will be available at the Conference in all conference rooms.

New deadline for full paper submissions

  

Dear authors,

due to a large number of inquiries concerning the deadline for submission of full papers for the, the Organizing Committee of CETRA 2014 has decided to prolong the full paper submission deadline to 28th February 2014.

We hope that this new deadline will help all the authors to finish their papers in time and still have a chance to enjoy Valentine’s day today. :)

Dear authors,

after completing the abstract review process we are happy to inform you on the outcome.

We have accepted 165 abstracts up to this date. 3 more abstracts are still in the review process. To open the complete list of accepted abstracts open the following link:

New abstract submission deadline

  

Dear authors,

Due to a large number of requests, postponed the deadline for abstract submission to
10 December 2013.

We have received the abstracts from 32 countries until now. From the received abstracts it can be seen that topics, both from roads and railways, are equally represented.

CETRA 2014 conference is the central event concerning road and railway infrastructure in Croatia the following year. If you also decide to participate in this interesting international scientific-expert assembling next year in Split (very attractive tourist destination on Croatian Adriatic) there is still enough time to prepare an abstract according to the conference topics.

Abstract submission is opened

  

Dear authors,

you are now able to submit your abstracts by clicking the "Submit abstract" button on the top of the right hand menu. In order to submit an abstract you have to sign in or register with the conference website first. If you have already registered an account for CETRA 2012, you just have to sigh in using your credentials.

Detailed instructions on account registration and abstract submission are available in the "Call for Papers and Authors Guidelines" section.
