Registration Fee
Registration fees are divided into following categories:

Reduced fee for authors | 400 EUR | 450 EUR |
Reduced fee for students* | 300 EUR | 350 EUR |
Accompanying Persons** | 175 EUR | 225 EUR |
VAT (PDV) is included in the price.
* In order to be eligible for reduced conference fee, students must submit the Certificate of Enrolment for the current academic year 2023/2024.
** The fee is for participants who are not paper co-authors, and enables them to participate in welcome reception, lunches, and gala dinner.

Each paper submitted for the conference must be covered by at least one author or student registration in order for it to be published. In order to identify CETRA as a serial publication, ISSN numbers were issued, both for printed and digital version of proceedings: ISSN 1848-9842 (Print), ISSN 1848-9850 (CD-ROM). |

As CETRA 2024 organizer, to help you with issuing a visa, we can provide you with a "Letter of acceptance" for your accepted paper, or an "Invitation letter" for regular participants.
